A network shaped by field-tested insight and a shared mission

Tempo Organ Procurement Professionals was founded in 2021 to improve how independent organ donation professionals engage with Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) and transplant centers. From day one, our focus has been creating a more responsive, reliable, and mission-aligned staffing experience — for both our partners and the professionals who serve them.

Founded by siblings Jason, Mandy, and Andrew, Tempo began as a personal effort to make the system work better. While we’re proud of our family roots, Tempo has grown into something much larger — a trusted, national network shaped by the expertise of the very travel professionals we support. It’s a network for travelers, by travelers.

Our team brings together decades of real-world experience in clinical coordination, patient-centered communications, and talent leadership. But most importantly, we rely on the insight, feedback, and collaboration of our growing contractor community — because the people doing the work should always help shape how it gets done.

At Tempo Organ Procurement Professionals, we are excited to combine our unique areas of expertise into a formidable partnership. We are committed to achieving positive outcomes for all – travel contractors, OPO partners, hospital staff, and ultimately, the donor families we serve. To us, it's more than just staffing; it’s about reliably, tenaciously, and compassionately managing life.

We seek professionals who align with these values — those who understand that technical skill must be matched with compassion and care.

  • Integrity – Always do the right thing.

  • Excellence – Deliver the highest standard of care.

  • Compassion – Honor donors and support families.

  • Reliability – Be the partner OPOs and transplant centers can count on.

Commitment

Tempo also prioritizes operational excellence. Every contractor is carefully vetted and supported with proper liability coverage, CMS and OPTN compliance, and clear documentation so our partners can focus on outcomes with confidence and peace of mind.

We take pride in being a reliable partner: supporting teams, respecting the process, and contributing wherever we’re needed most.
