Tempo Pros (https://tempopros.com) is operated by Tempo Organ Procurement Professionals, LLC (“Tempo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website and engage with our services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information. By accessing the website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Tempo Pros through our website (https://tempopros.com), direct communications with our team, and services we directly provide. It does not apply to information you choose to share directly with third-party clients or partners, including Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), transplant centers, or any other affiliated entities.

Tempo is not responsible for how third parties handle or secure your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party organizations before sharing your personal data with them.
